2.Temperature tolerance,dishwasher and microwave safe?
Recommended temperature -20℃ to 70℃,dishwasher safe,not suitable for microwave
3.Do you provide samples,what's the cost and delivery?
Samples will be sent for your review, freight collect or paid in advance,within 7days by express usully.
4.Can you do it plain color or my own design?
It's OK,we can do the color on your request(pantone color number need),so is your own design
5.Can you make the new mold on my request,how is the cost and time?
sure,we have rich experience in proofing,estimate cost and time is about $1000/pc and 23days.
6.Do you have SEDEX report 4 pillars, European test reports? What other certificates do you have?
LFGB/FDA Food safe Approved,SEDEX report 4 pillars, BSCI Audit Summary Report etc.
7.What is the production time, payment terms?
About 45days, T/T 30% deposit,70% T/T against the copy of B/L.
